The Handley Partnership uses the information submitted through this website only to understand, respond to and manage enquiries about HAABase, built-environment work, translation services and related professional services.
Information you provide

Translation quote enquiries
The initial translation quote form is intended to collect project details, not documents. Please do not submit confidential patent, legal, commercial or personal documents through the initial enquiry form. After reviewing your enquiry, we will confirm the appropriate route for secure document submission where required.
HAABase and built-environment enquiries
HAABase and built-environment enquiry forms may ask for information about the relevant authority, project area, asset type, likely scale of work, timescale and project background. This information is used only to understand and respond to the enquiry.
Email delivery and form processing
Website form submissions are sent to The Handley Partnership by email using a third-party email delivery provider. The current provider used for website form notification emails is Mailjet.
Form submissions may also be stored temporarily in a private server-side backup folder outside the public website directory. This backup is used to prevent enquiries being lost if email delivery fails and is not publicly accessible through the website.
Documents and confidential material
Documents supplied later for translation, heritage, technical or built-environment work are treated as confidential enquiry or project material and are used only for assessing, quoting for or carrying out the requested work.
Where a project involves particularly sensitive patent, legal, commercial or public-sector material, appropriate submission and handling arrangements can be agreed before documents are sent.
Website analytics
This website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics and a locally hosted installation of Matomo Analytics to help understand general website traffic and how visitors use the site. This may include information about pages viewed, approximate visit times, referring websites, browser and device type, broad geographic location, link interactions and similar technical usage information.
Matomo is hosted on infrastructure operated by The Handley Partnership rather than through Matomo’s hosted cloud service. It has been configured not to place analytics cookies on visitors’ devices. Internet Protocol addresses are anonymised before being used for reporting, and Matomo is not configured to identify named individuals, track visitors across unrelated websites or create advertising profiles.
Cloudflare Web Analytics provides broad traffic and website-performance information. Matomo provides more detailed information about page use and navigation. Analytics information is used only to operate, secure, evaluate and improve this website and the services described on it. It is not sold or used for advertising or unrelated marketing.
Cookies and similar technologies
This website does not intentionally use advertising cookies or analytics tracking cookies. The analytics tools described above are configured to operate without placing analytics cookies on visitors’ devices.
Essential session or security technologies may be used where necessary for the proper and secure operation of administrative or protected services. These are not used to build visitor profiles or deliver advertising.
